Henry Frank, of Frank Appraisals LLC, serves as our lead appraiser. Mr. Frank has more than nine years experience as a licensed appraiser in the state of New Jersey. In that time, Mr. Frank has established a reputation for producing quality professional work with excellent turn-around times for both general appraisals and for appraisals included in successful tax appeals. He has successfully testified as an expert witness before tax boards in many counties.
