•  Basic Service Fee: $150
  
  This package is designed for those who plan to handle the appeal on their own. If you choose this package you will receive:
    • NJ Property Tax Basics, a step-by-step guide through the tax appeal process
    • Sales records for comparable properties
•  Comprehensive Service Fee: $300
  
  If you choose this package you get the basic information plus we handle the entire appeal for you. This package includes:
    • NJ Property Tax Basics, a step-by-step guide through the tax appeal process
    • Sales records for comparable properties
    • Completion and filing of the necessary paperwork by the required dates
    • Negotiations with your local tax assessor
  The majority of appeals are resolved at this level.
•  Extended Service Fee: Additional $200
  
  Extended service applies to situations in which we do not reach a satisfactory resolution with the tax assessor. This package includes all of the services in the Comprehensive Service package (above) plus:
    • A complete home inspection and written appraisal by a licensed appraiser
    • Appearance at your tax hearing by a licensed appraiser to provide expert testimony on the value of your property
    • Legal representation at your tax hearing and / or at the NJ Tax Court if your appeal is rejected by the County Board of
       Judgment, and you choose to take it to this final step.
